I've had good luck with "Lemongrass" in Squirrel Hill
(on Forbes Avenue, 2nd floor walk-up). Tasty, reasonably priced,
improved atmosphere (formerly known as the Oriental Balcony).

 Enjoy.

 Dear Barnard,

I always enjoy the Thai Garden in Oakland on Atwood Street. I find it
better than Lemongrass. Also, you can BYOB and I have never had a
 corkage fee.
