Yes, apparently it is open. My aunt and uncle went there last night. It's only been open a few days, so we have to cut the place some slack, but they reported a really bad experience. This is all second-hand, so take it for what it's worth, but out of the four dinners they ordered, they had to return two to the kitchen -- my aunt said that it was the first time in over 10 years that she had returned a dish to the kitchen. They did, however, report that the architecture was impressive.
