Opus

Went downtown last night to eat at Southwest Bistro but at around 9pm they
would not give us a table. They were not busy enough to stay open I guess.
We had already parked in a garage, so we decided to try Opus. My meal was
good (gnocchi diablo with prawns), my wife's (ginger tuna steak) was only OK
and had to be sent back to get it heated all the way through. I'd have to
say this place is not worth the price. Dinner for two, after splitting a
salad and having a glass of wine and a beer, was about $75 including tip.
They certainly overcharge a bit for a glass of their house merlot (granted
it was not small and it was good Kendall Jackson wine), at $8.
