After telling my grandmother how fabulous it was last week, she wanted to go. What a disappointment. We were seated, and waited 20 minutes before the 1st round of food came along. Others were offered food earlier, and more frequently than we were. We mentioned something to one of the managers, and were promised more prompt service. After 1.5 hours, we literally had 3 dishes. Deciding not to leave a tip, as a show of the poor service, we began to leave. Can you believe a waitress followed us out to the street to "remind us" that we forgot to leave a tip?
