new Mexican restaurant

 Ate twice at new Mexican restaurant in Monroeville in Jonnet plaza, where
 Pappans used to be.  Name starts with a C., but that's all I remember.
 Menu is extensive, service is good, and my friend who travels to Mexico
 often, says its authentic Mexican (not Tex/Mex).  Also not crowded.
