To anyone who likes Chinese food and would like to explore a little bit further:

I'm a frequent visitor of HK Golden Phoenix Restaurant, which is located at 900 block of 9th Street. It has a big fancy glass doors and no one would miss it.

Golden Phoenix is promoting its first year anniversary. They introduce "Shark Fin Soup" for $1.95. I know all of you might think it's weird to have a shark fin soup. But you have to give your tongue a chance to explore something totally different. The taste of the soup is not heavy and thick, also the shark fin is crispy and delicious.

"Tai-Yea" Chicken is so smooth with a twist of smokey taste. If you are willing to eat like a Chinese, you have to ask the owner or waiter/waitress for different kinds of Chinese dishes.
