New place that opened up at the end of November
on Third Street just north of Chestnut.

Was in there for dinner last night and loved
everything. Started with a classic Caesar.
it was good but with a small twist Salad was
a bed of whole Romaine leaves with the dressing
and large shavings of cheese on the top
with the croutons off to the side taste was good
but presentation was very good. Followed by
Oriental Fried Chicken wings. Wings were
very simply prepared the flavor for this dish
came from the dipping sauce that was excellent.
Followed by the Marinated Chicken Breast.
Also excellent with mushrooms.
All topped off with one of the best pieces of
choc. cake I have had in a very long time.
My companion started with the Crab Bisque
which was spicy and full of crab. Followed
by a Tuna dish that was not be be believed.
From the minute the plate was put down it
was special. A dish that you need to see to
believe, the Tuna sliced and arranged around
a tower of rice accented with veg. and
Flying Fish eggs which if you have not seen
are a BRIGHT red. And when it was finally
time to disturb this beautiful dish it only got better cooked to a perfect Rare to medium rare crusted with pepper corns not to be believed.

The menu is an American-Tie mixture - not for
the faint of heart, on each table when you sit is
oil with hot pepper for your bread which will set
the tone and just a little warning those green balls with the Tuna yes that is Wasabi (sp?) approach with caution.

I would highly recommend this to anyone had a great time food was superb and price was very reasonable.
