I've found semolina and other types of flours at VERY good prices at two Arab markets in Cleveland: Middle Eastern Foods (next to the West Side Market o on W25th) and Assad's Bakery on the south side of Lorain road just east of W130th. Regarding Italian import stores, Gallucci's (sp?) on Euclid also carries a variety of flours.

Enjoy.

P.S. You can't beat the freshly baked pitas at Assad's! And check out The Pyramid up the road for very inexpensive Arabic cooking.
