There is a really nice restaurant in the Kent area called The Pufferbelly Ltd. It's located in a restored railway station and the food is very good. The prices are also very reasonable. I can't remeber the exact location, but I do know that it's next to the railroad tracks :^) It's also overlooks a river and has a really nice view. Anyway, I highly recommend it.

Try the Inn At Turner's Mill in Hudson. "American" food but creative and very good. Friendly atmoshphere and it's in an almost tastelessly precious town.
