Jellyfish salad at the place next to Colony Movie theatre (damn y2k glitches affecting my memory)

Jan Pong at China Express if we are counting Korean as Chinese, otherwise Melon soup at the same place mentioned above next to Colony.

I'd go with Dalat's Subs - everything else is pretty generic and not too special. Capi's is good, but it's more about bang for the buck than a culinary experience.

Here's where we got a problem. You have got to go try Taquiera Mi Puebla today! They serve "authentic" Mexican food. This place is one of the true ethnic gems in the Triangle. They are located on 98 at 70 next to the police station. Awesome food. Shame on you for not knowing about this place, and you frequent Durham.

We already got it.
