Prime Exchange

We tried Prime Exchange in Chapel Hill for the first time last week and were favorably impressed. The setting is very nice - high ceilings, not crowded or noisy. Service was excellent, although they were not at all busy so it was not a real test. The food was generally quite good - meat cooked as ordered (rare, etc.). The prime rib gets only a "B" but the fillets were excellent (although no better than you can do at home). Side dishes were great too. The menu is somewhat limited but if it's beef you want you will not be unhappy.
