What I've had at Irregardless is not exactly what I'd expect for paella. Too tomatoey, for example, and not exactly the right flavor. I'm no expert, though (my experience is mainly with what you get in the touristy areas on the southern coast of of Spain.) YMMV.

It could be worse. The stuff they served me in Ohio was SOUP! >I'm no expert, though (my experience is mainly with what you get in >the touristy areas on the southern coast of of Spain.) YMMV. Did you have to mention Spain. Now, I'm stuck in this paella fosaken land, thinking about Los Caracoles in Barcellona. Thanks a lot! Locally, the Cuban place in Chapel Hill does a pseudo-paella that'll postpone withdrawl symtoms temporarily, if it's still there. The closest thing I've found to the real thing in the state, is the Don Quixote in Charlotte. If you can find anything else PLEASE post it. My e-mail is modified to avoid spam.
