Had dinner here, and while not all that familiar with Greek food, thought it was great. The Greek Salad was wonderful and the 'Chicken Santorini' (similar to chicken marsala) was fine. They have a sister restaurant in Durham and Huntington, NY.

Service was very good, and I'm picky. They seemed ready to please and attentive but not intrusive.

Just wondering about other opinions on Sparatcus.

(The flaming cheese (OPA!) seemed to be a big hit with other tables.)

We've gone to the new one in Cary for lunch, was also very good. $6.95 for the buffet. A little pricy for a buffet, but the quality made up for it. The servers and people were very friendly, but we didn't rely on them for anything but refilling drinks (which they did well).

Our only suggestion to them was to put some kind of dessert on the lunch buffet. They said that dessert is only available on their Sunday brunch buffet today.

Also, they are closed on Mondays. We found out the hard way and wound up eating at China Pearl next door. Which, btw, if you haven't been is a very good chinese restaurant. No buffet, but great food prepared very quickly and tasty.

Regards, Daniel
