The Blue Point, right in Duck, is far and away the best restaurant on the Northern Outer Banks. However, be prepared for long waits, even with a reservation. They're in a little soundside shopping center, with a nice view of the sound , so it's not too bad. I can also reccommend against my former employer, the Mane Street Eatery, in Corolla. I don't know much about the other places up there, except that there is a glut of restaurants on the Northern Banks and how they all stay open I don't know.
