For a good steakhouse, I'd try the Angus Barn over R's C., which has restaurants in most large cities now (A.B. is truly a local institution)

My only real beef (ha ha) with the Angus Barn is that the prices have gone up, and the portions have gone down. If I'm going to drop $100+ on dinner for two, I want to feel pleasantly full. The last time I was at the Angus Barn (a few weeks ago), all I could think was "Damn, the plates have gotten larger."

I had the same feeling the last time I was at the AB - left feeling hungry <GRR>. And the celery was wilted to boot, as though you weren't really expected to EAT it.

Fooey. I grill a better steak at home, or get served just fine at the nearby Lone Star.
