Um, the Southwest is an awfully big place. Try Doc Holiday's (or whatever the restaurant in the Taos Inn is called) in Taos, New Mexico. Not only is the food *wonderful*, and the service excellent, but they have an incredible selection of Pine Ridge cabernet sauvignons because one of the chief waiters was on the U.S. Ski Team with Gary, the owner of Pine Ridge up here in Napa. Absolutely incredible cabs; the wine merchants in Paris and Lyon fight like dogs over his limited yearly production.
