In Albuquerque, locals love the Sanitary Tortilla Factory in downtown... delicious, very, very cheap and very, very authentic (near Central St.) On Girard Street / Constitution in the NE Heights (near UNM) try Garcia's or Martinez's (the name may have changed since I was last there in December) And of course, Sadie's: a bit far, but very good, and were many locals flock to...great bar, and a bowling alley!
