Emeril also opened a restaurant in the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas. I believe the name is 'Emeril's New Orleans Fish House'. I've been to both the main NO location, and the MGM one. I rank Emeril's NO as one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. But the MGM version was definately inferior, and more expensive to boot. Still not a bad restaurant, but not a great one either.
