Actually, the Coyote Cafe is in the MGM Grand. It's owned by Mark Miller, who also owns the one in Santa Fe as well as the Red Sage restaurant in Washington DC.

IMHO, the Coyote Cafe in Santa Fe is better than the one in Vegas. On the other hand, in Santa Fe you can't win or lose major money while waiting for your table to be ready!

The absolute best restaurant in town is Hugo's Cellar in the Four Queens, Downtown.

The food is great and the service is better, very reasonable for what you get but, bring someone else American Express Card.
