There is a new sushi bar in Kansas City. It is called the Ichi-ban. It is at College Boulevard and Quivera. The chef trained in New York under a real Japanese sushi chef. He cuts daikon by hand and lets the rice soak overnight. Taste is fresh and cool. Appetizers include a daikon maki and green mussles from New Zealand. Really great sushi!!!
