Try the hot and spicy chicken at Que Viet, on Johnson St and 20th or so Northeast. (Take the Johnson ST. exit from northbound 35W out of downtown Minneapolis. It's a couple blocks past the first light, on your right.)

Their chicken wings are also wonderful.

My favorite is Kinh Do on Hennepin Ave in Uptown.  Try the Hot and Spicy Mock Duck.
