If you are looking for fish in Brockton area, head a bit further north on Route 27 to Nocera's in Stoughton. It's a favorite of my folks in Brockton, and we go there whenever we visit them. They make a broiled scrod that is excellent, and they have other fish (as well as Italian specialties) on the menu.
