I have been frequenting Charles Kitchen in Allston for a while now. The price is fair, the helpings are hefty and the food is great. I used to go to Chinatown for my fill of good Hongkong chinese food, and now I don't have to go far. Its in Allston. It is mostly takeout with a few chairs and tables. But if u don't see something u like in the menu, just tell the guys and they will make it for u. Take my word for ,its as good as being in chinatown. their in 5 N beacon st. no, i am not coneccted at all w/ them, i'm just a happy and contented diner.
