Formal:
The Maryland Inn (Church Circle) -- expensive, good menu, live jazz Harry Brown's (State Circle) -- limited highbrow menu, good food, expensive Carroll's Creek Cafe (Downtown, 4th St.?) -- broad menu, creative, expensive Paul's on the Severn (Riva Rd.) -- good seafood, classy, expensive

Informal:
Middleton's Tavern (Dock area) -- TERRIFIC SEAFOOD McGarvey's (Dock area) -- good raw bar The Crate Cafe (West St.) -- "spec-your-own" sandwich/salad place -- GENEROUS Mum's (Dock area) -- seafood, appetizers, festive atmosphere

Chains:
The Outback Steakhouse (Forest Dr.)
Fuddrucker's (Next to Annapolis Mall)
