Flo's in Cape Neddick (York) Maine has the best dogs! It's a small, run-down, red building on Route 1. She only serves hot dogs, Flo is a fiesty woman who doesn't take any crap from anyone. She's not there much anymore, but back in her day people would rile her up just for fun. I'll never forget my mother ordering a "regular" hot dog. FLO: "What the hell is regular?! Some say regular is mustard and relish, some say it's with sauce.............." My poor mother was scolded for 5 minutes in front of everyone. Much to the amusement of all present. Ahh memories! Anyway if you go there you have to get them with Flo sauce (nobody's successfully copied it yet) w/mayo and celery salt.
