Thanks!  The nice thing about making this recipe is that it makes about a gallon of sauce and it freezes well.  I love a good mole so thanks for the tip about Lalo's.

Don Juan's in Edison Park.  I'm not a big mole fan but it was incredible. You could spend a lifetime there.
