Frontera Grill has a fantastic mexican breakfast on Saturday only. They have arguably the best Mexican food in the whole US. I think it starts at about 1030 and you might want to get there right on time or earlier because there will be a line to get in. They have hand-made everything...you wont be disappointed. Frontera is at 440 (or so) North Clark street.

Another Mexican breakfast is at Nuevo Leon restaurant on 18th street just east of Ashland. The tortillas are quite fresh, I think coming from the tortilla factory down the street. They also have eggs alot of ways, my favorite being scrambled with Machaca, or Mexican beef jerky. They also have Mexican pastries, which come from the Panaderia down the street.
