Dixie Kitchen- "any good hydepark eats????"

Well, don't order the crawfish etoufee. I did and regretted it. The shrip Creole is ok. I think Dixie Kitchen is good, only if you are not from Louisanna and don't have specific expectations that the food will be authentic. My (Indian) boyfriend loves the chicken jambalaya.

Also in Hyde Park is Jackson Harbor Grill which has, represented on its menu, contemporary Southern fare. I like their "voodoo greens." and they have spicy mashed potatoes with andouille sausage.
