Corner of Belmont/Ashland. Great all-you can eat. BYOB. I think it's called Sushi and Noodles (Or Noodles and Sushi)... tasty AND cheap! It is handicapped accessible (they have an elevator to the 2nd floor restaurant) and they have a great dim sum on the weekends. A Chinese friend of mine took me there with his family for dim sum a year ago. Very nice selection of items. There are a number of Cantonese restaurants in the plaza across the street. RO

I go to this place all the time and love it. Not much on decor but the fish is fresh and of the highest quality. If you go regularly the owner (Charlie) will make it a point to get to know you and you might get nori too (as well as getting your picture on the wall). The amazing thing is that they actually push more and more sushi on you there. If I am walking by and Charlie sees me he flags me down and trys to get me to come inside and eat some sushi. I took my folks there (they are terrified of sushi) and he spent a good deal of time making them comfortable and creating "beginner" sushi for them. And then he gave them House of Sushi Noodle T-shirts. That guy rules. Oh yea, the Chinese and Thai food on the menu is pretty good as well, but if he asks you if you like it hot... be prepared to sweat. He is not kidding with that hot business. By the way my folks eat sushi now. -LaureL
