I love Katsu, on Peterson between Western and California. It might not be the most reasonably priced sushi spot in town, but the quality is very high, the sashimi pieces huge, and the "non-raw" dishes absolutely scrumptious. Don't miss the teriyaki beef rolls, wrapped around asparagus-- or any other number of tastings from the left side of the menu.
