Friday's, there is usually live jazz, but not always. Meals come with a small salad, with a dressing that changes to reflect the mood of the day. But, I would still recommend getting an appetizer. They are always excellent. The seafood is particularly well-prepared. Entrees cover seafood and meat, with usually a duck, beef, port, and perhaps venison or pheasant or veal being offered. There's usually 4 or so seafood choices. The halibut is always awesome. The menu changes daily to suit the weather, fresh products, etc. I am usually hesitant to get dessert at restaurants, since it's often uninspired. At 302 West, I always plan to enjoy something. There is a huge selection of choices, from comfort food to more unique. Definitely try the tomato confiture stuff strawberries with balsamic vinegar. They are incredible. Wines by the glass are better than at most restaurants and very reasonably priced for the quality. There is an excellent selection. The wine list has many small hard-to-find options. The servers are knowlegeable and can help pick the right choice. The dessert wine selection is great too. Prices are around $8-10 for apps, mid to high 20's for entrees. Portions are good sized and well presented. Our meals have always been paced well. I hope you try it out. Let me know what you think. Regards, Kathy
