Larry,
  Roy's is where your co-worker must go to.  Can't remember the Thai restaurant
on Kapahulu next to the Ali Wai Golf Course but she can ask.  It's a close No 2. John Dominis is great for sea food too.  The Ala Moana Shopping Center food court must have 50 Asian restraunts so she can sample everything..
