Since you are going to Kauai, one place you should not miss is A Pacific Cafe in Kapaa. It is a really great place. If you want local food try the Ono Family Restaurant in Kapaa and the Green Garden Restaurant in Hanapepe.

It's a tourist place, but has good food and excellent sunset views, the kind that one really looks for on honeymoon. Pacific Cafe is a good rec. too. Tim
Try the Hanalee Dolphin. It is in Hanalee. It is small, the fish is great, it it's safe from tourists.
