More recommendations for Kauai, please!

We spent our honeymoon there.  We stayed at the westin and the most memorable meal was at the Masters (their 5 star) restaurant in the hotel.  It was a very very good, very very elegant, and very expensive.  The hotel also had a nice japanese restaurant and a good continental one, I think there were 2 others as well.

When we went out touring we just looked for local joints that were clean.  And usually had no trouble finding a place that was reasonably priced.
