Good restaurant on Big Island, Hawaii?

We have been to the Big Island many times and we enjoy Roy's restaurant (you have to try the chocolate souffle).  We also enjoy La Bourgogne.  It is run by a couple and he is a fabulous chef.  They have the best restaurant on the island.
