If you want elegant (jackets required) try Arthurs 27 atop the Buena Vista Palace. Four and six course meals are offered. For a more family/ casual but still nice meal, try Chef Mickeys in the Disney Village Market Place. The Empress Room in the Empress Lily is nice and real expensive, has good reviews, but I haven't been yet
