There's a colombian restaurant called La Fonda Antioqueña on Eglinton Street. We went there on a Wednesday a little before Noon and unfortunately it was closed then (the weather was pretty bad so perhaps they might have opened a bit later). You might want to give them a call before going to check their hours. I have heard it's pretty good (from fellow colombians).

One restaurant that I would highly recommend is Xango. They serve latin american cuisine. They're located at the corner of John and Adelaide Street and the atmosphere, decor, service and most important food are all outstanding. Their food can be classified as Nuevo Latino. They use latin american ingredients in unusual but tasty ways. Especially good are the empanadas (served with caramelized onions, pears, and brie cheese the day we were there), the peruvian chupe (a seafood stew, somewhat similar to a bouillabaise) and the Nicaraguan Tres Leches dessert. All in all, we had one of our most memorable meals there.

If you like dancing, they have good latin music on the second floor.

Bon Appetit!
