I must qualify my statement "Best Chinese in Toronto" by saying it is the best in my budget - inexpensive.
Anyway, "Peter's Chung King" on College St. (just west of Spadina Ave) makes amazing authentic Chinese food. Some dishes to sample are: 'pot stickers', ' hot and sour soup' and the wonderful house specialty 'dry shredded beef'. (You will not be disappointed with the beef dish!! It is double fried and tossed with a hot and tangy sauce. Ummmm..)
The decor is not much to look at, however, the food is authentic and good.
