Along the road between Kamloops and Jasper around the town of Little Fort maybe, there is a place called Just Pies, guess what they have...

Just outside of Jasper there is a place called Becker's Chalets they have excellent food. In Hinton there is a pizza place called something like T&H right on the highway, that has excellent greek food.

Edmonton, The King and I (Thai), Jack's Grill (gourmet ecclectic), Il Portico (Italian), Da De O (Superb cajun that looks like a '50s greasy spoon).

Calgary, The Sultans Tent (Moroccan)
