Cafe Champagne.  It is in a Temecula Winery (I cannot remember which one, sorry).  It is the best restaurant in the region.

Thornton Winery (orignally Culbertson).  I was disappointed the last time I was there, but that was before the Thornton's took over.  Certainly there are better restaurants in Rancho Bernardo (about 30 miles away).
