Just thought I pass this along. My wife and I are always searching for good sashimi which means we covered a lot of ground around the San Jose area, until we found Sushi Masa. They're located on Camden Av. where it intersects Kooser in South San Jose. Their selection of sashimi is excellent, got to try their hamachi. The key to the test is that we take Bev's mother who's from Japan, also known as Master Tastebud, to these Japanese restruants. At another restruant she sent back the rice and told them to do it over...I was trying to hide behind the sake glass when the cook came out.
