Toshi's Sushi-ya in Menlo Park is a good bet. They are open until 10:00, so not real late. Excellent sushi -- sit at the bar with Toshi (the former chef from Sushi-ya on University Ave.).

Avoid Ozuma/Azuma in SC, Bonsai and Okayama in RWC like the plague! It simply ain't sushi.

Ganko (SC) and Higuma (RWC) aren't open particularly late, 9 and 10, but both are very good.

I'll second the previous recommendation of Toshi's in MP. Excellent battera. Have only been to Naomi in MP once, not enough to form an opinion.
