The rolls are wonderful and unusual. They are having a New Year's party as well. $75 for open buffet and bar, moving to a dance club after. I still like Isobune in Japantown. The little boats are so cute. . . Have heard Blowfish, Godzilla and Ebisu (?) are good also. Here's hoping this doesn't set off another sushi thread that last for weeks. . . . -Corey

Years ago, I used to go to Nippon (or No Name) Sushi alot and enjoyed decent sushi in generous portions (the orders there come with four pieces rather than two) but in the last few years I have seen the yumminess of their sushi deteriorate until I don't go there any more. Too bad. The place has a great vibe, and the portions were awesome. stan
