I, too, think this is Shorebird, a place I like a lot. The food (particularly the seafood, understandably) is good, the service pleasant, and the atmosphere very comfortable. At night, the atmoshere tends toward the romantic (candlelit with views of the sea), though during the day, you won't feel out of place there with your maiden aunt from Peoria.
