In San Jose: PHO bowl/Chicken......KimLong at Cappitol&Montague BunBoHue..............CaMau at 4th St&Alumrock Ave ComBiCha..............VungTau at somewhere 10th St&Alumrock It is hard for the American tastes compare to VNmese tastes Those above are only few typical, some dishes may not be for you, they combined with pig-hock&blood, some with skin or chicken guts and livers. Sounds terrible but that is food from other culture, all over the world.
