There are two Chicago resaurants that are a gaurenteed fun time everytime you go!

The first is Brother Jimmy's BBQ at 2909 N. Sheffield 312-528-0888

It is modeled after a soutern sytle BBQ house the decor is done up with memoribilia for all the ACC colleges with mostly North Carolina and Duke. They play all the college games and the food it incredible. They were ranked the #3 rib place in Chicago by the Chicago Tribune, but there "pulled pork" is a must try.

The second is The Gulf Coast at 2251N lincoln Ave 312-929-4777

It is done up in a New Orleans style - Bourbon street in Chicago. Every customer gets mardi gras beads when they enter. They bring in great live acts like Rockin' Dopsey Jr and Dr. John, The Meters, Irma Thomas, and many other Blues and Zydeco acts. They serve great gumbo and jumbalya. They also have a raw bar where the Oysters are fresh and the shrimp are large. It is also one of the only places in Chicago where you can get fresh Crawfish - Suck the Heads!!! Everyday is Mardi Gras at the Gulf Coast!

If you can't have fun at a restaurant, then you might as well stay home.
