Starving Artist in Abington is quite good and Parson's table in Jonesboro is excellent. Beyond that, there is not much in the area. For something less of fine dining, House of Ribs in Johnson City has perhaps the best ribs (pork) you will find anywhere. For simple BBQ pork, across the street from House of Ribs is Dixie BBQ which has excellent pork BBQ in a very informal setting.
