These restaurants no longer exist and are still on the "FAQ" for Pheonix Eating Establishments: Evita's South American (is now a terrible Jazz Bar): but down the street on Camel Back are those fancy Planet Hollywood type places. Tapas Pap Frita doesn't exist either. Just notes from a hungry guy.
