An ink and pastel heart, with what may be a watercolor wash, that was made as an animation cel for *The Information Machine: Creative Man and the Data Processor*, a film dated to 1956 or 1957. The heart is an odd element for a film about data processing, and its presence suggests the filmmakers used the familiar Valentine's Day symbol as a sentimental touch in an otherwise technical story. Cels were hand-painted sheets laid over painted backgrounds, so this drawing was a single working element of a frame rather than a finished stand-alone artwork.
