This reproduction shows the flag of Wisconsin, whose central emblem is the state coat of arms: a shield bearing a sailor, a miner, and a farmer, with a badger above it. Those three figures stand for the state's shipping, mining, and agriculture, and the badger recalls Wisconsin's nickname, the Badger State. The record gives no date for the print, so it is hard to say when it was made or who produced it. Still, it shows a design that has been a recognizable symbol of the state since the early twentieth century.
